Franklin PUD Low-Income Conservation Program

The Sustainable Living Center (SLC) has contracted with Franklin PUD to provide weatherization incentives for low-income customers in Franklin County. This Low-Income Conservation Funds program is available until funds are exhausted and is on a first come first serve basis. In order for customers to receive assistance for weatherization upgrades outlined below, the program requirements listed below must be met.
Program Requirements:

Only low-income customers with an adjusted gross income at or below 200% can participate in this program. Documentation is need to verify income eligibility for this program - SLC will verify.

Must be a single family stick built or manufactured home.

Home must be an electric heated home only - NO GAS, OIL, PROPANE, BIOMASS or other.

Home must be in Franklin PUD service territory.

Contractor installing the energy efficiency improvement(s) must be on the Franklin PUD Authorized Contractor List.

Energy efficiency improvements that will receive funding through this program are as outlined as follows:
1. Attic, Floor and Wall Insulation
2. Prescriptive Air Sealing
3. Replacement Windows or Patio Doors
4. Low-E Storm Windows
5. Energy Star Insulated Exterior Doors
6. PTCS Duct Sealing
7. Heat Pump Hot Water Heater
8. Heating Equipment
